Op de blog van Scrap & Stamp loopt nog tot en met vandaag de challenge om een layout te maken rond sport, én uiteraard is het ook de bedoeling om er stempels op te gebruiken. Ik heb gesolliciteerd voor een plekje in het DT, en ik besloot om vandaag op de valreep nog een layout te maken voor die challenge!
Ik had nog een pakje foto's liggen van de eerste loopwedstrijd van Wim, een aflossingsmarathon. De meeste foto's zijn van aan de start, en op zich ook weer een challenge, want ze zijn in het formaat 10 x 15 cm. Ik ben niet meer gewoon om met die grote foto's te werken, dus ik moest hier en daar wel wat croppen, en ik kon ze ook niet meer matten...
Voor de gelegenheid dus wat oud papier uit mijn "archief" opgediept, ook oeroude stickers van Karen Foster gebruikt (ooit nog eens gekocht met de bedoeling ze op een looplayout te gebruiken) en natuurlijk niet te vergeten de stempels. Met mijn Making Memories stempelsetje heb ik RUN rondom mijn donkerblauwe cardstock gestempeld, en ook het hokje van de datum is gestempeld. En nu maar duimen dat ik misschien een leuk prijsje win!!!
On the blog of Scrap & Stamp there is a weekly challenge, and this week you had to make a layout about sports, and of course to use stamps as well!!! I've applied for a membership in the DT, and I decided just before the end of the deadline to make a layout for the challenge!
I still had a set of photos from the first running competition of Wim, a relay marathon. Most pictures are from the start, and these pictures were a challenge as well, because they are 10 x 15 cm. I'm not used to work with this size of pictures any more, so I had to crop here and there to fit them on my page, and because they were so big, I decided not to mat them...
I've also used some older paper from my "archive" and ancient stickers from Karen Foster (I once bought them to use on this kind of layouts of my running husband...) and not to forget the stamps of course! With my Making Memories stamp set I stamped RUN everywhere around the cardstock and also the datebox is stamped. And you never know that I win a price with this layout!!!
